All MinCo groups must fill out this form for each funding request they have. Please submit this form AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance to allow time to process and vote on your request.

Funding Requests are voted on at Funding Committee (FunCom) meetings on a weekly basis. Treasurers must attend these meetings to vote on current requests and advocate for requests submitted by their organization.
