* Complete this form, even if you do not require a pick up.

* New International and NSE Student/Scholar Orientation will begin at 3:30 pm on Monday, August 26, 2019 at UMF. Because UMF is 2 hours away from Portland, Maine (airport/bus stations), most students/scholars will need/want to utilize our pickup service, as there is no public transportation to bring you from Portland to Farmington.

Arrival Date for all incoming International/NSE Students and Scholars is Monday, August 26, 2019.
Be sure to request a pick up on Monday, August 26 in Portland, Maine by completing this form. Pick-ups are available between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Monday, August 26 only.  If you arrive later than 1:00 pm, you will have to find your own transportation to UMF and will not be able to make it to UMF in time for the Mandatory Orientation program.

*Please note that Residence Hall move in time is between 3:30 pm and 4 pm on August 26, 2019 ONLY. Earlier move in is not allowed.

Arrival into Portland International Jetport (PWM):
If you will fly into Portland, Maine schedule your arrival for no later than 11:00 am to allow time to collect baggage and be ready for pickup between 12:-00 and 1:00 pm.

Arrival into Portland Transportation Center (Concord Coach Lines Bus) or Greyhound Bus Station-Portland:
If you will take a bus from New York, NY or Boston, MA to Portland, Maine schedule your arrival for no later than 11:55 am to be ready for pickup at  between 12:-00 and 1:00 pm.

* You must complete this form, even if you do not require a pick up and will arrive on your own at UMF at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 26.
