This form is to sign up for an in person Youth Theatre workshop with UCC Youth Theatre at 11:30am on Sat 10th June as part of Cruinniú na nÓg, supported by Cork City Council, Youth theatre Ireland, Creative Ireland. The workshop is open to young people aged 14+  with an interest in gaining Theatre skills, developing creatively and meeting new people.

The workshop will last circa 60 min and will take place in the Granary Theatre, UCC and will be facilitated Fionn Woodhouse.

This form should be completed with a parent/guardian.
