COVID Vaccination is for PFISD students 12 years and older and their families. This list will be used to gather numbers of attendees to offer enough vaccination at each site. Please sign up for the location you plan to attend and also list the number of persons that will get the vaccination. We are offering the Pfizer Vaccine to all students age 12 years and older. You do not have to attend the campus that is offering the vaccine, just be a PfISD student/family.
