YOUR NAME *
Additional Names and Emails (if applicable)
GOALS *
Your goal(s) should be specific & reasonable, considering both short-term and long-term. If you have multiple goals, type each one on a new bullet point.
RESOURCES *
Might include your time, skills, materials you might have access to, etc. Be as specific and realistic as possible. If you have multiple resources, type each one on a new bullet point.
DECISION MAKERS AND ALLIES: Include the name of the individual, job title, and organization: Summarize the individual’s role at the organization & what you would need him/her to approve, or how he/she might be an ally. *
Consider decision makers from whom you would need approvals (such as principal approving gym use for assembly), as well as allies who might support you in your work (such as local experts).
TACTICS *
Tactics are actions that you take to achieve your goal, and/or to convince people to help you do so. A tactic is only effective if it’s delivered, in some form, to a decision-maker. For example, “raising awareness” doesn’t help unless you’re raising your decision-maker's awareness or using that awareness to mobilize individuals to pressure specific individuals in charge. The tactics you choose should reinforce your strategy. Enter each tactic on a new bullet point
