Drivers Registration for the North Island Superstock Championship meeting on Friday 9 April and Saturday 10 April. RACING STARTS AT 6PM for both nights.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Follow SNZ Rules; This event will be run according to the Speedway New Zealand General Rules and Regulations. All drivers must hold a current SNZ Inc. License and all vehicles must comply with the current Speedway New Zealand Rule book and supplementary regulations.
2. SNZ Approved Format; The Promoter reserves the right to alter the format to an SNZ Approved Format.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the format if insufficient entries are received to a one-night format. A one-night format would run on Saturday 6th March.
4. Competitor absences; In the event that you have forwarded an entry form and you discover you cannot attend; you must notify the Promoter of your inability to honour this contract.
5. Phone Entries are not accepted.
6. Transmitter & Race Radio; Transmitters and One-Way Receivers must be working.

Race Format:
This event is being run under SNZ Format – Rule: M 4-32
Qualifying;
4 groups raced over 3 heats – 10 laps
Top 6 from each group go through to the Top 26
Next 2 Highest Point Scorers go through
In the event of points tied, fastest lap goes through.
Remaining cars will race in Consolation races
Finals;
The Championship will be run over three 15 lap heats. Any run-offs will be over 4 laps.

Award Ceremony:
An acknowledgement of drivers will be undertaken before the end of the meeting if possible.
A formal presentation will be made in the Clubrooms.
Scrutineering:
Held at Fastlane Spares Oceanview Speedway on Friday 5th March 2021 2:00pm to 4pm and Saturday 6th March 2021 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
Drivers Briefing:
Drivers Briefing will be held in the Motorcycle Clubrooms Friday 5th March 2021 5pm and Saturday 6th March 2021 2:00pm to 4pm Attendance at the drivers briefing is mandatory. Any driver not attending will be subject to exclusion from the event.
Grand Parade:
The grand parade will commence at Friday 5th March 2021 5:30pm It is requested that all entrants please take part. Grand Parade for Top 26 Saturday 6th March 2021 5:45pm

Duplicate Numbers:
The Promoter reserves the right to issue temporary numbers to avoid duplication. It is a condition of entry that competing vehicles arrive at vehicle checking displaying the number allocated to them that the numbers comply with the rules of Speedway New Zealand Inc. (no cardboard/paper numbers).
Gate Entry to Event:
Wanganui Stockcar & Speedway Club Inc. welcomes your entry and offers Driver plus two pit crew free.
Noise:
The maximum noise limit of 95 dba will be enforced.
Rainout:
If the weather prevents the event being contested on the dates scheduled, the Promoter reserves the
right to hold the event on the next available day or weekend. Sunday 7th March has been reserved
as a rain out date.
Event Sponsor:
Event sponsor decals may be required to be affixed to each competitor’s vehicle.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the pit area or on the dummy grid at any time.
Alcohol:
Alcohol is not permitted in the pits before, during or after racing. There are full bar facilities available
in the clubrooms which will open once racing has finished.
Food and Refreshments:
Food and refreshments will be available at the track.
Medical Assistance:
All competitors are required to pay a fee of $10 at sign in to assist with the cost of the medical crew.

Family Pass (2 Adults, 3 Children) - $50

Mobility/Disability parking is available by the main gate.
Entries:
The closing date for entries for the North Island Superstock Championship is Friday 19th February 2021.
If you are posting your entry form, to ensure that these are received in time, please send through a
week prior to the entry closing date.
There will be a $50 NON REFUNDABLE late entry fee for entries entered after February 19th 2021.
The promotion reserves the right to alter the format and closing date after consultation with officials, if deemed necessary.
