What is the Friends of the Willington Public Library?

The Friends of the Willington Public Library provide a vital source of assistance and revenue to the library.  We help enhance the library’s offering of events, resources, and programs.  Guest speakers, computers, summer performances, and a variety of programming for all ages are just a few of the things provided through our fundraising efforts.

We are always looking for new members to help us in our mission. Please think of joining and supporting the Willington Public Library by giving of your time and energy to make it a thriving and productive library for our community.

To focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs; to assist the staff and the Library Board in sponsoring programs of educational, cultural, and recreational value for the community at large; and to develop fund-raising projects for the library.
