MPCS Fall 2021 COVID-19 Parent Survey
MPCS is interested in gathering feedback from our families concerning COVID-19 protocol and implications. Please fill out the survey below and share your constructive and/or positive input. As always, our goal is to stay on-campus for in-person learning which best serves our students both academically and spiritually.
