Pay Rate Description for Full Time Cashiers

No Benefits Pay Plan - Earn up to $18.30 per hour.
    • Must average over 30 hours per week.
    • Must be available to work all shifts including the overnight shift.
    • $14.30 per hour base pay.
    • The hourly bonus program for Full Cashiers.
            ▪ $2.00 per hour for Perfect Attendance for the two week pay period.
            ▪ Fully Vaccinated Employees earn 50% more Perfect Attendance Bonus ($3.00 per hour total).
            ▪ $2.00 per hour for cash variance being under $5 every shift worked for the two week pay period.
    • Eligible for the quarterly shortage bonus.

With Benefits Pay Plan- Earn up to $17.30 per hour.
    • Must average over 30 hours per week.
    • Must be available to work all shifts including the overnight shift.
    • $13.30 per hour base pay
    • The hourly bonus program for Full Cashiers.
            ▪ $2.00 per hour for Perfect Attendance for the two week pay period.
            ▪ Fully Vaccinated Employees earn 50% more Perfect Attendance Bonus ($3.00 per hour total).
            ▪ $2.00 per hour for cash variance being under $5 every shift worked for the two week pay period.
    • Eligible for the quarterly shortage bonus.
    • Includes Paid Vacation, 75% Paid Health Insurance, Employee Charge Eligible and 5% Discount on Merchandise & Fuel.
