St. Peter's Announcement Request
Have a parish-wide announcement to make? Using this form is the best way for our Communications Ministry to help support you in getting the word out. No graphics/images required.
  • This is the only request you need to make! Communications Ministry will determine when and where is best to publish your announcement (e.g. bulletin, website, social media post/story, media board, pulpit)
  • Announcements may be modified for design and communication purposes.
  • Weekend Bulletin deadline: Tuesdays at 3pm unless otherwise noted here.
  • Weekend Media Board deadline: Thursdays at 7pm, but we'll do our best otherwise
  • Social Media tends to require 2 weeks notice due to the high volume of posts, but we'll see what we can do.

Is this a recurring event that should repeat the same exact announcement automatically (swapping the date only)? *
  • Example: The Support Group for Parents Grieving the Death of a Child meets every 3rd Monday of the month, at the same time and place, doing the same general thing
  • We recommend writing tailored announcements for each occurrence instead, if it's doable for you. But we'll accommodate otherwise!
  • The Communications Ministry will verify that it's on the parish calendar before publicizing.
