Untitled Title
It is sunny outside and such a beautiful day in Amsterdam, and thus you decide to dress up and take a tour around the capital city as you haven’t had much time to explore your surroundings. Whilst you are walking in one of the most famous streets, you decide to take a break to enjoy a cup of coffee at a local café and the lovely view. You just realise that you like watching people live their lives. Just stopping and being a witness to their beauty. There’s something so simple and beautiful with just watching others in their natural states. Watching others in a moment, is truly one of the purest moments. Just as you enjoy living in the moment, your phone rings. You answer the phone call, and you hear a lady saying: ‘Hello, I am Margaret from the local newspaper, is this Lily?’, you simply answer, ‘Yes, hello that’s me’. Margaret continues by saying that, ‘I am happy to announce that we would like to arrange an interview with you for the part time job that you have applied’. You answer, ‘Of course that will be lovely, I can make it tomorrow at 11am’. ‘Okay see you then Lily and looking forward to meeting you tomorrow’. You go back to your room with a smile on your face. You just realised that your information processing theories have been developed, since you recognised that you can perceive, analyse, organise, use, remember, and interpret information better.
Today is the day
You feel so much better recently, since you have improved yourself a lot. You start your day with a healthy breakfast before leaving your room to attend the scheduled interview. As you are walking down the street, you start to feel nervous. Immediately you think in the moment that you will do your best. You enter the office, and you are greeted by Margaret, ‘Hello Lily, nice to meet you!’. You answer, ‘Hello Mrs Margaret, my pleasure’. The time goes by, and you have just finished your interview. Margaret said that she will inform you if you have passed the first stage before taking the memory assessment. Now is the time to practice your own memory. You want to identify the differences your memory can have and thus to boost your brain.
