Friday 6th December 2019 - Stress Management, Relaxation and Mindfulness
This workshop is intended to give an overview and introduction to Stress Management, Relaxation and Mindfulness. This workshop is aimed at practitioners and seeks to help implement stress management techniques.

Topics Include:
 - Understanding of the nature, causes and symptoms of stress
 - Identifying specific workplace stress
 - Setting realistic expectations and agreeing outcomes
 - Introduction, practice and mastery of Mindfulness
 - Breathing / Relaxation / Visualisation / Meditation techniques/ Mindfulness Techniques

This will be a participative course, with a mixture of tuition and guidance together with practical exercises.
