Before filling out these forms, please make sure you have completed the District Required Forms on RankOne. If you are in Athletics, you still have to fill out once for Athletics and once for Fine Arts. Once you have finished the District RankOne Forms, you can use this form will complete the Cockrill Band Handbook Agreement Form, the Cockrill Band Permission Form, and calculate your 2023-2024 Band Fees.
With the unique nature of each performing band and instrument, it is impossible to set a flat rate per student. Once you have finished the Fee Worksheet, you will receive an email with the total amount owed. You have the ability to pay your fees online through the link in the email or you may send the money with your student to the directors. If you are sending in your payments, please have it in an envelope with the student's name clearly listed on it.
