2024 Market at Graycliff Vendor Application
The Market at Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff Returns for a Seventh Season and is Presented by M&T Bank, with Media Support from Buffalo Spree

2023 Saw Record Attendance -  approximately 4000 visitors over 8 Thursdays (one Market evening was canceled due to weather). 

The 2024 Market at Graycliff, presented by M&T Bank, will be held on EIGHT Thursdays in July and August. The Market opens on Thursday, July 11, 2024 and continues through Thursday,  August 29, 2024.  The hours are from 5 to 8 pm, rain or shine. Vendors will set up along the historic approach to the houses and on the tennis court. 

Theme Thursdays will continue, encouraging visitors to return several times throughout the season. Each week there will be music and various activities. Market visitors may, for a nominal fee, do a self-guided tour of the main house's first floor. 

Please note that the Market at Graycliff will be CARRY IN ONLY, with limited vendor access to a golf cart. This decision was made to protect the historic grounds, as well as to preserve the aesthetics of the visitor experience. There are a handful of spaces accessible by car for set up only. Priority will be given to vendors who absolutely must use a vehicle to set up their wares.
 
The Market at Graycliff is a Producer-Only market, meaning no re-selling of items is allowed. All products must be made by the vendors themselves. Graycliff supports local vendors who help build and strengthen local economies. All products sold at the Market must be produced within the eight counties of Western New York.
 
The 2024 Market at Graycliff pricing is for approximately a 10’ x 10’ space. ALL eight dates are $225.

A completed and sent application does not guarantee a spot in the 2024 Market. All applications must be approved by the Market manager. 

Upon acceptance to the Market, you will receive instructions for payment options. A signed Rules and Regulations document must be returned at the time of payment. 

IMPORTANT:
1. All vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming Graycliff Conservancy as additional insured prior to their first Market date. 
2. All vendors who serve/sell wine, alcohol, slushies, etc. must have the appropriate licenses for each Market date as required by the NY State Liquor Authority. Copies of all licenses must be submitted prior to the first Market date. Licenses must be visible during Market times.
