The Archdeacons request the churchwardens for the year 2021 to answer the following
ARTICLES OF ENQUIRY

This form should be completed online by the current Parish Churchwardens and Priest, having discussed with your PCCs where possible. Please ensure that this is completed by 30th July 2021.
