Fee, disclaimer and terms

Adoption fee: Adoption donation is $200 per cat which covers the initial vet check, deworming, all core vaccines + rabies, spay/neuter (if needed) which we will book at Crossroads Veterinary clinic.

Terms: When you adopt from Kitty Kare you sign a contract promising indoor only, no declawing, non-smoking household and proper vet care. If for any reason you are unable to keep the cat in the future, the cat must be returned to Kitty Kare for re-adoption. Kitty Kare reserves the right to repossess any adopted cat in the event that, the rescue has reasons to believe the cat is being mistreated, or if information supplied on this form is discovered untruthful. In confirming below you are agreeing to the terms as outlined above. If the terms are not met you will be liable and legal action may be taken.

Legal Obligations: Kitty Kare can not be held responsible for any damages that occur in adoptive homes, and is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or relating to cats adopted through Kitty Kare. Kitty Kare makes no warranty, express or implied regarding any of the cats in our rescue. Adoptive families are obligated to report any concerns to the rescue, and any cat adopted through Kitty Kare will be accepted back into our rescue in the event they are not working out in their adoptive home. Information provided on your adoption form will be kept on record, for our adoption files. This information will not be used in any solicitation and will not be provided to any organization exterior to our rescue.
