31+ days from the yoga retreat start date: The deposit is non-refundable. If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit

0-30 days from the yoga retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FLIGHT CANCELLATION, DELAY AND CURTAILMENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

Our priority is to keep you as safe & happy as possible throughout your Yoga Retreat. Unfortunately, we can’t always control everything and so it is a must to have travel insurance in place if you are going to join us on Yoga Retreats. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance from the moment of your holiday booking. This will protect you in the unfortunate case of something arising before you travel to your Yoga Retreat to ensure that you are covered for any lost costs and flights. If traveling for a Yoga Yoga Retreat, please also ensure that your insurance covers sports during your retreat. You should also check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity we have arranged or you may arrange during your holiday.
