Welcome to the University of Iowa! We’re inviting faculty who've arrived at the UI within the last 4 years to an informal coffee at the Obermann Center for Advanced Studies (111 Church St.).

We’ll be happy to answer questions about ways the Center can support your work, but our real purpose is to do what we do best—introduce wonderful colleagues from across campus to one another, creating intellectual community and, we hope, a sense of belonging. We realize that meeting colleagues has been especially difficult of late, and we do hope you'll join us.

We can host up to 12 colleagues at each coffee, first come, first served.

This registration form is for the New Faculty Coffee on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 8:30 a.m. 

If this form is closed, the event has reached its attendance limit. Please consider registering for one of the other dates. If you aren’t available on any of the available days, please send a note to obermann-center@uiowa.edu to let us know you would be interested in attending a coffee at a later date.
