Vendor Details: Participating Vendor(s) MUST complete a registration form to secure an assigned vendor space. Set-up locations will be assigned upon arrival. Vendor spaces will be assigned and arranged by coordinator Mary Barber Kirkland and/or Valerie Washington.
Vendor Set up Time: 8:00 am -11:00 am
ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY OR LATE SET-UP PERMITTED.
ALL Vehicles must be moved from vendor area by 11:00 am
Vendors must obtain approval in advance for Tent(s) installation.
Tent Size limited to 10' x 10' unless otherwise approved by Coordinator.
Vendors should supply their own tables, tents, chairs, generators, etc.
All vendors are responsible for setup/cleanup.
