Altar Serving on Wednesdays

If your child is a trained altar server at St. Mary and would like to altar serve during school Masses, please complete this form.

Wednesdays are popular so we try to rotate the children so that they all have an opportunity.

Please complete one form per child.

Parents will be notified ahead of time that their child will be altar serving.

Please note: On days in which the child is expected to altar serve, he/she must come wearing Mass attire uniform and black Mass shoes (no athletic shoes allowed), otherwise he/she will be subbed out. Additionally, altar servers must arrive no later than 7:45am to serve.
