If you are picking up at The Perfect Pigg or City Produce you will be contacted once your purchase is ready for pick-up.   If you are picking up directly from me or having it shipped, I will invoice you directly for payment via PayPal or major credit card.  

Please type in the name exactly as it is to appear on the stocking. Please ensure proper capitalization and spelling.

Please leave the name for the bag below.  (Ex: "The Smiths," "Hailey," "Hailey Smith", etc. See photos above for sample personalization ideas).  If you have chosen to add the GPS coordinates to your bag please list your home mailing address below and I will determine your GPS coordinates for you.

Most Santa Sacks are ready for pick-up in less than 2 weeks.  Please ensure correct spelling AND capitalization for personalization on this form before submission, as what is submitted is what will be put on the product exactly as you submit it. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on personalized goods, except in the case of defective materials or errors made on my end.
