I wanted to create an opportunity to pass my formal education and experience with rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and body mechanics on to people who are truly looking to take their fitness journey to the next level! Correcting your form will reduce the risk of injury, increase the amount you're able to lift overall, and will translate to new exercises you learn along the way

You will walk away having learned about anatomy, posture, body mechanics, cues for success, and much more!

This application is only for those who are ready to show up, patiently learn, and are ready to put in the practice to improve their form. If you are not comfortable filming yourself in the gym and you don't have equipment at home, this is not for you
