  • Paying the deposit secures your place and chosen bike at the selected RIDE 70s event.

  • The balance is due 6 weeks before the event.

  • Ride 70s motorcycle accident excess up to €750

  • Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms of this contract.

  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled. Cutoff time is 6 weeks before the tour.

  • The deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation by RIDE 70s

If you decide to cancel the reservation for whatever reason that does not depend on RIDE70s, these terms apply:

  • Up to 6 weeks before the event: you can request a full refund, rebook, or request a voucher for a later event.

  • [At 6 weeks the full balance must be settled]

  • Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the event: you receive a voucher for 70% of the total that can be used within 12 months, 30% is a non refundable penalty.

  • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the event: you receive a voucher for 50% of the total that can be used within 12 months, 50% is a non refundable penalty.

  • From 2 weeks to the beginning of the event, you receive a voucher of 30% that can be used within 12 months, 70% is a non refundable penalty.

In relation to the information provided, I consent to the processing of personal data by RIDE 70s, pursuant to art. 36 of the Civil Code, in particular art. 148 of the TUIR, art. 4 of Presidential Decree no. 633/72, the Law n. 383/2000 and above all the Legislative Decree no. 117/2017 and subsequent amendments and additions. In particular, consent is given to the processing of personal data for the realisation of the institutional purposes of the Association, to the extent necessary solely for the fulfilment of obligations established by law and by the statutory provisions. Data collected is not be shared with any commercial third parties, and is safely stored within the EU. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
