Student Device Responsible Use Agreement
In this agreement, “we”, “us”, and “our” means Harrison School District Two. “You” and “your” means the student and parent enrolled in Harrison School District Two. The “property” is a district-issued device, including all accessories, owned by Harrison School District Two.

PARENT/GUARDIAN EXPECTATIONS

In order for students to experience the benefits of eLearning, Harrison School District Two expects each parent/guardian to:
• Ensure their child is following the guidelines in the Student Device Handbook and Technology Responsible Use Agreement and Policy.

When a student is using a device at home, parents/guardians should:
• Monitor the child’s internet use and adherence to the Student Device Handbook and Technology Responsible Use Agreement and Policy.
• Ensure the student will use his/her device for school-related purposes.

Misuse of technology will be handled in accordance with the Harrison District Two School District Student Discipline Code of Conduct. Disciplinary repercussions include, but are not limited to:
• Notification to parents
• Suspension of network, technology, or device privileges, detention, suspension, or expulsion from school and school-related activities
• Legal action and/or prosecution
