感謝您捐款支持香港戶外生態教育協會(OWLHK)，本表格適用於Paypal或銀行自動轉賬每月捐款的登記。Thank you for your donation to Outdoor Wildlife Learning Hong Kong (OWLHK). This donation registration form is for the monthly donations via PayPal or bank auto payment.

是否需要捐款收據？Do you need a donation receipt? *
捐款滿港幣$100或以上可獲收據申請扣減稅項。每年財政年度結束後，即每年4月底，我們會就你的全年捐款簽發一張全年捐款收據。Donation receipt will be issued for tax deduction purpose (donation of $100 or above). An annual receipt with a summary of your donations will be issued at the end of April in each year.
