The KAERA second mentoring workshop for Korean American educators titled "A Dialogue among Korean American Educators across PK-12 Education Systems: Navigating Complex Political Terrain" will be held on Saturday, November 11, 1:00-3:30 pm (EST) via Zoom. This workshop is by and for Korean American PK-12 educators and leaders. This initiative is co-sponsored by the Korean-American Educational Researchers Association (KAREA) and the Overseas Koreans Foundation (재외동포재단).

The workshop will be presented in English and consist of a panel session and breakout sessions. During the first breakout session, you will be able to choose one of the three topics:

Leadership pipeline and career advancement
Integrating Korean American cultural and ethnic identity in the curriculum
Navigating challenging state policies and political climates

During the second breakout session, you will engage in a networking SUDA (수다) session.
