If you never try, you will never know. We’re here to make the process as easy as possible for you. Taking a preliminary session doesn’t hurt. Also, confidentiality and data privacy is the most important thing for us. Your information is safe with us and you are safe with us!

🌺 Disclaimer: We do not handle crisis counseling. In case of crises, We will be pointing you to other resources. We do not provide therapy for any clinical disorders. The sessions are for those with mild to moderate symptoms of mental stress that include but is not restricted to anxiety, loneliness, work stress, and guidance counseling. We will NOT provide therapy via text.
We assure you that your personal details will be kept safe and confidential; sessions will be provided based on prior scheduled appointments. The sessions will be held through the online medium. All communication will be via email, so please make sure to check your inboxes.
