You have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are dealing with your personal data at the Institute of Nature Conservation of Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.

Your personal data will not be passed over onto the hands of any third party, international organisation nor any entity located outside of Poland.

The data provided will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

You have the right to submit a complaint onto the hands of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in any situation should you come to a conclusion that processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the RODO.
Provision of your personal data is not obligatory but it is necessary to register to this event.
Based upon the processed personal data the administrator will not undertake any automated decisions, including decisions constituting the result of profiling.
