By enrolling to be a part of this production you are agreeing, if successful, to be prepared to provide full effort and commitment to Pennant Hills High’s production of Little Women The Musical.
You are also agreeing to fully understand the level of commitment required as a member of the production. This commitment includes:
- Allowing Pennant Hills High School to publish photos taken during the rehearsal periods and performances in aid of advertising for the production.
- Only being absent from lessons when given official permission from both production staff and the classroom teacher.
- Giving full notification to my parents or guardians of performance and rehearsal time so they are aware of my location at these times.
- Making the production staff aware of any school based assessments that may interfere with rehearsals or performances.
- Acting appropriately in accordance with the expected level of respect given to staff and other students.
- Paying the $50 enrolment fee for cast before the end of Term 3 which will be non-refundable if you withdraw from the production. This condition does not apply if the production is postponed or cancelled.
- Being able to commit to all rehearsals planned by the production staff which may take place after school, on weekends, on Zoom or during holidays and notifying the team if this isn't possible.
- Being able to commit to all performances to be performed.
- Understanding that the production dates may be changed due to Health Advice or Departmental Regulations or also may result in the production being cancelled.
Failure to meet these requirements may jeopardise your position in the cast.
