Thank you for your service in making the teachings available to those who are looking for them.
The purpose of this form is to notify PTS of your intention to facilitate an undergraduate PTS class. We'll use the information that you provide to create a calendar page and registration for your event. Information about your class will also be shared with John Morton so that it receives the Traveler's blessing.
The next step in this process is to complete the class request form below. The form will take 5–10 minutes to complete. Click "Next" at the bottom of this page to get started. To complete this form, you will need the following information:

A) The names of six committed students*
B) Full Name(s) of Facilitator(s), and Facilitator(s)-in-Training (if applicable)**
C) Primary Contact Person name, email, and phone number
D) Name of Class
E) Location or Platform for Class
F) Duration of Class (5-Week, 10-Week, etc.)
G) Day, Date, Time, and Time Zone of Class
H) Maximum Number of Participants (if applicable)
The information that you enter into this form will be used to create your registration page. It is essential that you enter this information accurately and completely.
Please allow up to seven days for your class to be approved. Once approved, you will receive an email with links to your registration page, access to class materials, and valuable support resources. We recommend that you give yourself a minimum of one month to create and promote your class. If your class start date is within one month, please consider rescheduling to a later date.

**Facilitators & Facilitators-in-Training need to be active. Active status means they have facilitated at least one PTS class in the past 24 months. In addition, facilitators need to have an active subscription to Discourses, or if Discourse 144 is complete, SATs.
