SHUMUN XXV Registration Waitlist
Greetings! Thank you for your interest in registering for SHUMUN XXV. Unfortunately, we are at capacity right now and will no longer be accepting additional delegations. If you wish to be added to our waitlist, however, please fill out this form. If spots open up, we will inform your school. Thank you for your understanding!

The conference will be taking place over the weekend of February 24 and 25, 2024 in person at Seton Hall University's campus. Our Secretariat and staff are hard at working planning the best conference possible for your high-school students and we appreciate your cooperation. This coming year we will be running General Assembly and Crisis Committees as well as fun social events for delegates. 

Registration fees are as follows: 
Regular (June 16 - December 1): Delegation Fee- $100/delegation
                                                   Delegate Fees- $40/delegate
                                                   Advisor Fees- $35/advisor
Late (December 2 - February 10): Delegation Fee- $110/delegation
                                                       Delegate Fees- $45/delegate

By selecting the following, you are agreeing to accept the stated terms of SHUMUN XXV:  All payments must be received by February 10, 2024, to be registered for this conference. Exceptions will be made in only extreme circumstances. You may add or drop delegates until February 10th, when late registration closes. Withdrawals of individual delegates or entire delegations are cost-free until February 10th, when late registration closes. Withdrawing delegates after February 10th will incur a $15 late withdrawal fee per delegate. Delegations that have already registered can add individual delegates after the late registration deadline at late registration prices. If you wish to withdraw your entire delegation after February 10th, there will be a delegation late withdrawal fee of $75. Refunds will be issued in full if withdrawals occur before February 10th. Refunds for withdrawals after February 10th will be at 75% in addition to late withdrawal fees. Although changes in delegation size are anticipated, a deadline is enacted to provide a final head count necessary for SHUMUN XXV's final preparation, such as planning, finances, and assignments. If your delegation has any concerns regarding this time frame, please contact us by email at shumun.sec@gmail.com. *

SHUMUN XXV plans to record certain aspects of the conference through pictures and videos for promotional purposes. If your student does not wish to be included in these promotional materials, please have them fill out the media opt-out form on the website under the advisor portal. If a media opt-out form is not filled out, this will be taken as permission given to be included in promotional materials.
