Reopening 2020-21: Enrollment Survey
We are beyond excited to welcome students back to campus as soon as it is possible to do so in a safe and healthy way, but we understand that health concerns, travel restrictions, and other circumstances may delay or prevent some students from joining us here on campus. We want to support our families fairly while providing a powerful learning experience for our students both on campus and for those who will be attending remotely.

Please read the following options carefully, and complete this form with your selection by July 25, when the first tuition payment is due. If you have questions, please contact Assistant Head for Student Life Doug Dickson at DJD@episcopalhighschool.org or CFO Boota deButts at WHD@episcopalhighschool.org.

***If you have more than one child enrolled at EHS, please complete one form for each student. After submitting a response form, you will be prompted to complete another.***

Option 1: Full-Year Boarding
Families of students joining us on campus at the start of the fall semester will pay full tuition of $63,200.
Option 2: Delayed Arrival on Campus - October 12 Arrival
Students who cannot join us on campus at the start of the semester due to health and wellness concerns or travel restrictions will start the semester with distance learning. They will attend class and engage in community programs and events through the School’s Webex platform.

Families selecting this option will bring students to campus on the Monday of the on-campus fall break weekend. The School will provide information about testing protocols and expectations, similar to those for students who come to campus in September. There will be a tuition credit of $2,000 for families selecting this option, adjusted accordingly for financial aid recipients.
Option 3: Delayed Arrival on Campus - January Arrival
For families who select this option, students will arrive on campus following the winter holiday break, returning with the rest of the student body. The School will provide testing protocols and expectations. There will be a tuition credit of $7,000, adjusted accordingly for financial aid recipients.
Option 4:  Full Year of Distance Learning
Should health and wellness concerns or travel restrictions lead a family to elect a full year of distance learning for their student, the tuition credit will be $14,000, adjusted accordingly for financial aid recipients.
