BOC Participation Release

Release: In consideration of this application to take part in the Association’s events, activities and programs under the auspices of Barriere Outdoor Club, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever release, an discharge, hold harmless the BOC, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents or any other person, corporation or partnership-connected here from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims, or demands which we will, shall or may herein after have, suffer or receive by reason of such participation in any BOC program.
