  • If you are wanting to purchase Digital Copies of images, this form is not for you. Go to the gallery to order digital downloads directly from the gallery. 

  • Ordered Prints 
    -Images will be printed and delivered within a week of submitting the form
    -Graphic Background Requests must be completed before ordering
    -Each image is given a filename that will be needed to order prints

  • Finding the Image Filename
    -go to the gallery
    -click on the image 
    -hover over the image to see the file name at the bottom of the image
    -file names will include the client's name and a number
Digital Downloads are not to be ordered with this form. Complete those purchases in the gallery. Clients can submit more than one order form as needed to order prints.
