The Merrimack Institute for New Teacher Support (MINTS) Presents: "Mindfulness Fundamentals for Educators: Finding Your Inner Child"
Thank you for your interest in attending the "Mindfulness Fundamentals for Educators: Finding Your Inner Child" workshop on Wednesday, May 10th from 4:30-5:30 PM EST in Crowe Hall 107. For this final session, there will be NO Zoom option. There will be lots of hands-on activities and an in-person celebration for this last workshop in the series. This workshop will be facilitated by Stephanie Letourneau. This workshop is part eight of an eight-part series.

Workshop Description: This session is full of hands-on fun! Participants will enjoy mindful activities that are appropriate to bring back to their classrooms.

Presenter Biography: Stephanie Letourneau is a certified mindfulness instructor and public school teacher with over 20 years of experience. In addition, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and is currently enrolled in Breathe for Change’s Social Emotional Facilitator and Yoga Program. Stephanie also works as an adjunct professor for Merrimack College.

Certificates of participation (1 hour) will be made available to you following the workshop. This event is free and open to the local education community. Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible with your information below!
