Prices for the conference, including lodging, meals, and registration, are listed below. Prices include taxes and gratuity.
**The WCCTA organizers very strongly encourage all participants to be fully vaccinated before attending.** We will also be abiding by any social distancing or other health and safety protocols put in place by the venue. The organizers are also exploring virtual options - details to follow as the conference date approaches.
Room and meals at Sleeping Lady:
Single Room, per night - $365
Double Room, per night - $266
Triple Room, per night - $233
Non-Participating guest - $89 per night (does not include lunch, which must be purchased off-site or at O'Grady's Pantry)
Children 5-12 - $35 per night (does not include lunch, which must be purchased off-site or at O'Grady's Pantry)
Canine fee - $23 per night
Off-site fees:
One day registration plus 3 meals - $166
Two day registration plus 6 meals - $333
Conference only (no meals) - $46
