Furthermore, employment at Maybelle's Market comes with the responsibility of legal oversight and responsibility of the petroleum product sales, food preparation and sales, and alcoholic beverage sales. There is legal responsibility for both the employer and employee under Federal and State Law which governs these commercial activities. 

For the reasons stated above, Maybelle's Market is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Any employee found to be in possession or under the influence of alcohol, in possession or under the influence of illicit drugs (including marijuana), or in the act of abuse of prescription drugs, will be immediately terminated. No violations of this policy will be tolerated.
