Submit a Term or Definition
This glossary is indexed by term. Please submit one term at a time.

If you want to add to an existing or a recently submitted term (ie. you want to submit multiple discrete definitions), please use the same term.

This is an open collaboration project, and I intend to respect your anonymity as much as possible, while keeping this process as transparent as I can. This form won't be recording emails (as far as I know), and once you've submitted a term you will be provided a link to the spreadsheet I'm using to record responses and prepare them for the glossary. You may also add, edit, and comment there if you wish.

From mundane terms with quirky definitions, succinct yet vague system text and headers, to the most inane wasei-eigo you've had to translate. Anything is fine.

This is treated as one entry under the term. Separate similar definitions/alternatives with semicolons (;). If it's distinct enough that it needs a separate explanation (ie. it means differently in A context/genre than B), consider sending another submission for that.  
Contextual explanation
I know these can be an ordeal to write so it's not mandatory but highly encouraged. Feel free to express your reasoning. You may write multiple paragraphs. (Note: This field accepts HTML tags.  Use <b>, <i>, <strong>, <em>, <u> for additional emphasis.)

Submitting videos and images
Unfortunately, because submissions are kept anonymous, the form can't accept images and videos. Please submit them to honyaku.aru@gmail.com. Make sure to indicate what term/definition it belongs to.
