Vendors must set up between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday, August 2nd.
Vendors are expected to be open from 10 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Saturday* and 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday

***REGISTRATION RATES EFFECTIVE UNTIL May 1st*** Prices will go up by $30 after that
RATE FOR ONE WEEKEND:
1. Tent (
15ย x15 - 16 x 20 feetย ): $180 for first lot. Each subsequent lot is $50.
2. Craft Barn (10x12-foot) (locks at 7pm on Saturday nights): $275*. Each subsequent lot is $220
3. Individual roll-down booths with lockable doors (10x12-foot): $310*.

Long Barn - (10x12-foot lot) (this barn does not lock): $240*. Each subsequent lot is $200

The Town of Cummington requires that each VENDOR purchase a permit to sell in the town. The cost of this permit is $20 and is included with the above booth fee. This permit is good for an entire year. Your permit will be given to you with your check-in information.
VENDORS that cannot provide proof of their own insurance will need to be covered by MARKET insurance for a fee of $75. You must opt into MARKET insurance by July 1st if you cannot provide your own proof of insurance before then.
Access to Electricity for a tent vendor will be $35 per weekend.
- The registration price includes the admission fee for up to 2 people. Each additional vendor in your group must pay the regular admission fee for the weekend.
- Registration includes a tent camping space on the grounds or at nearby Tolgy Wood: Chesterfield Camp. Vendors may also sleep in their vending tent.
- RV camping spaces (with water and electric hookups, though no sewage) are available for an additional $100 fee (per weekend). ย
- Tents must be fire rated with ๐๐
