>Fundamental Law No. 2 -  In case of conflict, clarification and other concern, Fundamental Law No. 1 shall prevail over and is superior to any law, decision, order, resolution and similar instance, and enjoys an immediate application without notice or demand.
>Fundamental Law No. 3 - The Fundamental Law Nos. 1, 2 and 3, including the regulations, memos, orders, etc. issued under their authority are valid, binding and enforceable against me throughout this universe, in perpetuity.
