The process we are going through together requires the presence of each participant all the times of CB process (3 hrs. in the morning). Therefore, it is not possible to join later or skip a block. *

Confidentiality is a prerequisite for participation. Confidentiality helps create a safe space so we can share what we have in the heart and on the tongue. What is said in the circle should stay there. *

Community Building are educational and not therapeutic workshops. Often they are emotionally challenging, so if you are in the care of a psychologist or a therapist, talk to facilitators. *

I am completely responsible for my own mental state and I am therefore able to participate in the workshop. I do not currently use psychopharmaceuticals.
