What to expect:

3 days, 3 night soul filling retreat spent at an oceanfront home on Kure Beach, NC with private beach access. Heated pool, hot tub, and game room. Breakfast, lunch, dinner (Saturday night will be dinner out and not included in price), tons of snacks, and beverages provided. Weekend will include daily yoga, meditation, a mindfulness and somatic workshop, art and journaling, as well as group sessions to build support and push us to reconnect with our inner knowing. Expect introspective, intuitive, soul filling activities in each session facilitated by Stephanie Vlad who is a Master's level Psychologist with 15 years of experience in empowering humans to reach their truest potential. Additional badass women from the local community will be present with some fun offerings. Spaces will fill fast so RSVP today.
