PTA Directory & Classroom PTA Volunteer Communication (SUBMIT FORM RESPONSE MORE THAN ONCE FOR EACH KENSINGTON CHILD)
We have confirmed with Kensington Intermediate and with the District attorney that while the school CANNOT provide information for a PTA Directory or Classroom PTA Volunteer parent and guardian communications, we can collect independent responses. The classroom PTA volunteer communication submissions are completely voluntary AND will only be shared with the classroom PTA volunteers for your child's room. The directory submissions are completely voluntary AND will only be shared with other PTA members on Givebacks (formerly Memberhub) and links in the PTA Newsletter shared only with PTA Members. 

At times, throughout the year, Classroom PTA Volunteers will reach out to parents and guardians to communicate information about PTA-organized events that relate to the classroom. Classroom PTA Volunteers will bcc all contacted parents and guardians in communications and will not share parent and guardian contact information with other parents and guardians.

The Student Directory is for personal use only (e.g., playdates, birthday invites). This information should not be shared, duplicated, sold or used for commercial solicitation or distributed to anyone. Due to the sensitive nature of the information in the directory, please understand that the student directory will only be sent to those whose membership is in good standing and have signed up for the PTA using this year's membership form to ensure that it is only going to families with students enrolled at Kensington Intermediate School. 

To confirm again, this directory and Classroom PTA Volunteer communications will be PTA-associated only and are NOT being collected or distributed by Kensington Intermediate School or the school staff.
