Take Back The Night 2023
Tuesday, April 11th
5pm
BLUU Commons - patio between Chic fil A and the Auditorium
At Take Back the Night we like to provide survivors an opportunity to speak out and share their stories.*
With this year's in person event we are providing two options to share your story:
1. Share your own story in person at the event
2. Submit your story in this form and a student volunteer will read your story on your behalf. This can be shared anonymously or you can choose to share your name. (Student volunteer readers are Graduate Assistants with CARE & Wellness Education or undergraduate Frogs for Wellness Peer Educators.)
We ask that you try to limit your story to about 3 minutes. We know it may be hard to do so but we want to make sure as many survivor stories can be shared as possible. We will be sharing as many stories as time allows. As a survivor, sharing your story at Take Back the Night allows you to acknowledge your experience with a group that believes you and supports you.
We kindly request that all stories are submitted by Monday, April 10, 2023.
*As this is an awareness event, per TCU policy, mandatory reporters are not required to report information disclosed at the event.
All questions about this event can be directed to Leah Carnahan
