In order to maintain our unwavering commitment to providing high quality, compassionate and personalized patient care, given the limitations set forth by the recent pandemic and increased appointment demand, we have had to temporarily reduce the number of new patients we accept.  

Once you have completed our new patient request form, one of our appointment coordinators will contact you if we are able to accept your request for registration with the clinic. Please expect an average wait time of 7-10 business days for a reply and an average of 2-3 weeks for an appointment. Our schedule does fluctuate regularly and we will try our best to schedule an appointment for your pet earlier if possible.  

If your pet requires urgent care, we suggest you contact a local veterinary emergency hospital or seek an appointment at another veterinary hospital.
