Welcome to our Player Registration form for the 2023/24 season.

All information on this form is to allow us to register yourself or child on the FA's Whole Game System and our online database management system called Pitchero. This also hosts our web site www.BishopCanningsFC.com.

The form is able to be filled in via smart phone, tablet or laptop and is stored on the clubs Google Drive account where all data is redistricted to committee members only. Any questions on the form please contact BCYFCSecertary@Outlook.com or message us directly on 07919174115.

By filling in this form for yourself or your child to join Bishops Cannings FC, you are agreeing to play for Bishops Cannings FC for the 2023/24 season and are agreeing to all our club polices. These can be found on the website www.BishopsCanningsFC.com.

For all Under 18's the FA have now implemented the child registration change on the Whole Game System that requires each child to have a parent or guardian associated with their FA account. This requires each parent or guardian to have a FA FAN number with an emergency contact number and contact email address. This we are happy to produce on your behalf; however we will need the main contact to provide their date of birth. If you are unhappy to provide this information, we will not be able to register your child for football matches. The FA search tool works off of the parent’s date of birth so this is essential. All data that is completed on this form is kept by the Club secretary and the teams main coach for one year and filled into our online database, powered by Pitchero.

Our fees for the 2023/24 season are as follows:-

• Introduction to Football Session - £12 per a month
• For Year 2 to Year 5 Children - £16 per a month
• For Year 6 and above Children - £18 per a month
• For Girls MiniCat Sessions - £10 per a month
• Under 18’s - £20 per a month
• Adult team - £10 per month training + £5 per match started (£3 subs)

Please note that all playing kit is the property of Bishops Cannings YFC and if you leave or your child leaves the club must be returned to the teams coach. Failure to do this may result in an additional fee of £35 to go towards replacing the items. If leaving to join another side will result in the club potentially blocking your child’s transfer until all playing kit is returned.
