HEY GIRL HEY , thank you for being interested in becoming a lovely client of mine.

Please understand this form is for me to get a feel of the type of client you are and the services you are interested in, this is a mini consultation form

In addition to that , I would like you to understand that I'm one person so please don't be upset if I book up quickly. I don't over book myself, I'm in the stage of working smarter not harder . On the bright side my calendar doesn't close so any openings will appear on my site.

To end with , ALL NEW CLIENTS are responsible to pay a one time $40 retainer fee when booking, it goes towards your FIRST Service. When booking you're responsible for placing a valid card on file, I WILL NOT CHARGE IT !

If its not paid DIRECTLY AFTER booking your appointment it will be removed within hours. DO NOT SEND RETAINER FEE IF YOU HAVEN'T SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT.
