Please note that right now, we are looking for U.S. military veterans who are: 
  • Age 50+
  • Living independently in Arizona
  • Managing at least one chronic health condition
  • Able to access a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device with video and audio capability.
We are also looking for care partners to U.S. military veterans.
