Play, Learn & Grow: Early Learning Workshop Series
Through reading books and playing, you already serve a vital role in raising strong readers. Take your experience to a new level with the Play, Learn, and Grow Workshops. Sign up for one or all of the free classes with the children in your care.  Attend one or all three of the sessions at Buena Vista Public Library.  Each workshop includes a take-home kit to continue the learning and play.

Workshop Dates and Times:

#1 Growing Readers: Monday, September 12, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
      Caregivers and their little charges move through five stations that support Early Literacy.

#2 STEAM Powered Play: Monday, September 26, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
     Caregivers and their children experience STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math)
     activities set up in self-paced stations.

#3 Creative Caregiving: Saturday, October 15, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
     Caregivers visit, learn, and share ideas for future creative play with their children. Daycare is provided.
     Bring a sack lunch just in case you want to stay and share past the allotted time.
