This is for those who are NOT current group supervision or consultation members, but would like to join/re-join Virtual Group Supervision or Virtual Group Consultation at Danny Seto's clinic from May to August 2025 (inclusive)

Please note that if you are NOT a current/past 1) supervisee, 2) consultee or 3) course participant of Danny Seto's practice, you may be asked to have a telephone consultation (if you haven't already done so). This is to make sure you and the supervisor are the right match for one another. You may also need to fill out and sign our required supervision paperwork.

We will follow up by email with further information upon form submission if any or all of the above is required from you.

Our regular supervision groups will accept a maximum of eight (8) participants.

If less than four (4) participants sign up for a regular supervision group, the group supervision time per session may be reduced to one and a half (1.5) hours; however, the group supervision fee will remain the same.
Our new once-a-month play therapy supervision group will accept a maximum of six (6) participants.

If less than four (4) participants sign up, the group supervision time per session may be reduced to one (1) hour; however, the group supervision fee will remain the same.
Our EMDR consultation group will accept a maximum of four (4) participants.

Please note that you CANNOT obtain consultation hours for consultation of any sort (CRPO, CACFT, CCC, CAPT, etc.) or vice versa (you cannot obtain EMDR consultation hours for clinical consultation hours). It would be unethical for the consultant-in-training to offer both EMDR consultation and clinical consultation during the same session. This is according to EMDRIA (the association that grants the EMDR designations) as well as various regulatory bodies (including CRPO) and associations.
Please note that if any of the supervision or consultation groups do not have enough people signed up before May 2025, it may not proceed. You will be notified as soon as possible if that is the case.

Fees for Group Supervision/Consultation:

Once-a-month group supervision (Groups 5 and 7): $280.00 total for four (4) group supervision sessions.

Twice-a-month group supervision (Groups 1 and 6): $560.00 total for eight (8) group supervision sessions.

*NEW* Once-a-month play therapy group supervision: $300.00 total for four (4) group supervision sessions.

Once-a-month EMDR group consultation: introductory rate of $200.00 total for four (4) group consultation sessions.
To secure your spot, a non-refundable fee of all the sessions for the term needs to be paid and your credit card authorization form also needs to be on file. Even if you must miss one or more of the group supervision or consultation sessions for legitimate reasons, payment cannot be refunded nor be transferred to future session as this spot in the group was saved for you.

If you already have a credit card on file with us, you can expect to be informed when you will be charged for group supervision or consultation.

If you do not have a credit card on file with us, we will send you a form to complete/sign and submit in order to be charged for group supervision or consultation.

Please keep the paid invoice you will receive automatically after payment for business and/or taxation purposes.  No other receipt will be given at the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026.

List of priority status:
1. Those who are in the current group and still want to REMAIN in their current group will have priority status.
2. Those who are in the current group and want to CHANGE to another group will be next in line.
3. Those who are on the waiting list AND who are current supervisees/consultees will be third in line.
4. Past supervisees/consultees, past course participants, and those based on recommendations will be fourth in line.
5. If there is any space left, we will open it up for anyone else.
